1.
Hillary Clinton: Hillary must think that she is a sure shot for the Whitehouse, partly due to her husband and partly due to her experience in Washington, but mostly due to the fact that her logo is a H with an arrow. And where is that arrow pointing you might ask yourself? Possibly her last name which remains absent from her campaign branding or maybe her history of taking money from large banks and corporate interests groups or perhaps it is pointing to the establishment of the Democratic party which has promised her the nomination? I doubt it though; I doubt that arrow is pointing to your student loan debt, or the half full beer next to your computer. No the arrow in Hillary’s H is pointing directly towards the Whitehouse, because yes, she is that confident. -
2.
Bernie Sanders: Bernie Sanders’ logo looks likes many of the other candidate’s yet features Bernard Sanders’ nickname; Bernie. It seems as though he is trying to bring about the days of Obama’s 08’ election, yet instead of a field of change he is a wave of revolution. Bernie is curvy and simple and maybe just a little too boring and predictable. -
3.
John Kasich: John Kasich is either a health care provider or a logistics company that no one really knows what they do. Like Amway Global or some sort of data analytics provider. Kasich’s logo resembles a Koch owned off shore holding company which pays people to club baby seals and hides cracks in drilling equipment. -
4.
Ben Carson: Ben Carson’s logo looks like the first Photoshop project assigned to a high school freshman’s digital arts class. With four different colors the only thing Ben Carson’s campaign knows for sure is that Ben Carson is running for president. Besides that its anybody’s guess how the hell he is going to, Heal, Inspire and Revive America, when he is in needs of all three. -
5.
Marco Rubio: Marco Rubio doesn’t have the confidence to capitalize his own name. Red, dark blues and a little bit of shadow make Rubio look more like a tee-shirt printing company than a presidential candidate. Mr. lowercase’s slogan, A New American Century is supposed to inspire me for the future but it only makes me want to buy athletic apparel. Mr. Lowercase is like a new sweatshirt, soft and comfortable at first but after you wash it a couple of times the fuzz begins to stick to your tee-shirt and you end up looking like you own a bunch of cats. -
6.
Ted Cruz: Mother fucking Ted Cruz decided to go with a gray logo because even Ted Cruz is bored of Ted Cruz. I guess he didn’t want to stand out too much, maybe because he never thought he had a chance at winning. The only colors present in Ted’s logo, besides the gray, are the red and blue flame of Cruz’s glowing ball of American fire. And that’s because Ted has a burning hot desire for America, even though he doesn’t believe in himself. He’ll carry our torch but only if we let him. -
7.
Donald Trump: Last and most certainly least is Mr. Donald J. Trump. I do have to say that Mr. Trump has in my opinion the best logo. Donald Trump is very proud of Donald Trump. This logo is big and bold. With white text on a blue and red background Trump’s logo is powerful with big bold lettering hanging over his idealist catch phrase. His name is so big that the message he is conveying to the voters is drowned out. The Trump logo however does remind me of other similarly formatted posters. Posters which many people consider to be the beginning of meme popularity, posters which suit all types of jokes and situations, usually with text and an image to go along with them. The two are so similar that the conclusion I have made is that Donald Trump is in fact a meme.
